Aerobics in Chennai - Ladies Fitness and Gym

There is a good demand for Aerobics and Ladies Gym in Chennai.
So many have enquired about it to Chennai247.com.

So, here are some pointers -

Aerobics are a set of exercises that utilise maximum amount of oxygen. They step-up calorific demand and facilitate the break-down of stored fat cells. Researchers term such exercises as `cardiovascular training' because they strengthen the heart and improve overall health. Cardio works the largest muscle group in the human body, the thighs, and increases calorific expenditure. When a person extends cardio sessions beyond 20 minutes, the body realises that the energy coming from blood sugar and muscle glycogen (a by-product of water and carbohydrates stored in the muscle cells) is insufficient to offset the demands of the workout. Hence, it is forced to stop using the glycogen and breakdown fat cells. Cardio sessions trigger fat loss only if a person trains non-stop for 25 to 30 minutes.

Swine Flu - Chennai India

Even though Swine flew is not detected in Chennai and India, its always better to have precautions, so that it will not become an epidemic

SWINE FLU

What is swine flu?
Swine Influenza (swine flu) is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza viruses that causes regular outbreaks in pigs.

Are there human infections with swine flu?
In late March and early April 2009, cases of human infection with swine influenza A (H1N1) viruses were first reported in Southern California and near San Antonio, Texas. Other U.S. states have reported cases of swine flu infection in humans and cases have been reported internationally as well.

Is this swine flu virus contagious?
Swine influenza A (H1N1) virus is contagious and is transmitting from human to human.

What are the signs and symptoms of swine flu in people?
The symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to the symptoms of regular human flu and include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. Some people have reported diarrhea and vomiting associated with swine flu. In the past, severe illness (pneumonia and respiratory failure) and deaths have been reported with swine flu infection in people. Like seasonal flu, swine flu may cause a worsening of underlying chronic medical conditions.

How does swine flu spread?
Flu viruses are spread mainly from person to person through coughing or sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose.

How can someone with the flu infect someone else?
Infected people may be able to infect others beginning 1 day before symptoms develop and up to 7 or more days after becoming sick. That means that you may be able to pass on the flu to someone else before you know you are sick, as well as while you are sick.

What should I do to keep from getting the flu?
First and most important: wash your hands. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. Try not touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Are there medicines to treat swine flu?
Yes. CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir or zanamivir (NA) for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with these swine influenza viruses. When infected, antiviral drugs can make the illness milder and better faster. They may also prevent serious flu complications. For treatment, antiviral drugs work best if started soon after getting sick (within 2 days of symptoms).

Precautions:

1. Cover your nose & mouth with a tissue when you sneeze or cough

2. Wash your hands with soap & water especially after you sneeze/cough

3. Avoid touching the eyes, nose & mouth of a patient

4. Stay away from school/work if infected

5. Contact the doctor if fever, body aches, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea occurs

Youth's health!

I saw a neighbour today, who is about 35 years old.

He was limping a little bit, and I asked him - what happenned to your leg.
He said - yesterday he went for a walking.

Just for a walking his leg is in trouble. That is the situation of the health of the youth crowd! It is all because of lack of regular physical exercise of the human body.

People are becoming old sooner and I guess the death age is not 60s any more. It is probably lesser than that.

Take care guys!

Chennai Sex & Chennai Beauty/Chennai Girls/ Chennai Women

Chennai Sex & Chennai Beauty/Chennai Girls/ Chennai Women

Sex is a very pure concept - theoritically and practically!
It is all about perspective. It depends on culture.
If you are a westerner, sleeping around with differnt women is fine, but if you are a easterner, it is not. Whatever, it is - after marriage - you have to have Sex with only one person. That is something both westerner and easterner agree to.

From Chennai perspective, Sex is something, which has to be had and enjoyed with only one person - throughout your life. I agree with it and it is correct.

Since Chennai is a conservative community, even talking about sex might offend someone or elders. Better not talk about it.

There is an advantage to having sex with only one person throughout your life - you prevent lot of STD(Sexually transmitted diseases) like AIDS spreading around and our health is also good.

It is good for health to have sex once in a day with your spouse - in other words it is good for your heart. It reduces the risk of heart failure.

Do you know Chennai has too many sex workers (prostitutes - who trade body/sex for money) than many other districts of tamil nadu? I believe the count is reduced these days. Do you know Chennai has more HIV affected patients in the Government Hospitals
than most of the other districts of tamil nadu? sad, but I think it is true.

Soceity has to grow up further and young adolescents have to get Sex education, and be aware of good and bad. They should be literate enough not to do anything wrong. The youngsters has to be motivated enough to make sure they are walking towards their
goals, instead of doing some wrong things in their youth stage.

Chennai Wisdom: Hard work and Persistency pays off

Chennai Wisdom:

As we have talked about setting goals, we need to work hard and be persistent.
In order for us to achieve the goals, we need to keep doing the stuff needed.

If we are quitting, we are never going to achieve what we want to achieve.
Quitting is a worst thing any achiever would do.

Even if we fail, we will have to keep hitting the wall to have the wall broken. Only exception is - if you find that it is a wrong wall, you need to quit and find some alternate arrangements.

Anyway, you will see joy, if you get the taste of success - out of your persistent hard work.
