Given the situation that more and more people from South are moving to North Tamil Nadu, other states and other countries for work and for personal reasons, there is lesser skilled labours population in Southern districts of Tamil Nadu. That is totally a different problem altogether, in the interests of this article.
If the people travelling from Chennai to Chennai and other southern districts are more, eventually there is a great demand for transport.
Say for example - for a trip to home town in Diwali season or long weekends, it becomes very very tough for all the passengers. We don't even get tickets and it is all Waiting List. Within one day, tickets are sold for Diwali season. Long queues in railway bookings. This is the situation in Railways. Why don't Railways Ministry increase the trains? I know there are special trains, but even special trains queue was booked just within 1 day.
Same situation is with Bus. In Road transport, what happens is people sell tickets for higher rates and really unreasonable rates, since there is lot of demand.
We would request more regulation from Government in all these (agents increasing ticket rates) and also increase the number of transport mechanisms, which will be useful for the general public!!
Basically - Improve Transport in and around Chennai and to/from North, since Chennai is connecting all the places around for southern districts and northern districts.

Chennai to Chennai - Railways, Road Transport

Chennai IT park...IT Park....IT Park...Chennai IT park...IT Park....Chennai IT Park
Many of our visitors have been asking about Chennai IT park and when it going to happen etc.,
In order to answer our honorable visitors and customers, we wanted to comment and explain little bit more about the fact.
As it is, Chennai IT Park is expected to happen by end of this year. Hopefully!!!
When we say Chennai IT park, it is a building from ELCOT (tamil nadu government). Once that is up and running, we need companies to occupy the building and become functional. After that more and more companies has to come and occupy the lands near by and build offices.
More MNC has to come in that area etc.,
That is when we have real success of Chennai IT Park!!
As it is, Chennai IT park from Government is the first step and land allotment for all the companies is another great step towards the IT Park success in Chennai!!!

Chennai Medical College Anaesthesiology Department to be upgraded
Here is some good news for people of southern districts using facilities at the Government Rajaji Hospital here.
The Department of Anaesthesiology of the Chennai Medical College has been upgraded as an institute, a recognition first of its kind in Tamil Nadu, according to its Director I. Chandrasekaran, who assumed office four days ago. The institute would increase its manpower, working capacity and academic activities when the new trauma block starts functioning at the annexe at Anna bus stand. Further, they listed out plans to expand research work and techniques in anaesthesia once the AIIMS-like institution starts functioning at Thoppur near here.
