A total of 26 persons have filed their nominations for the October 11 bye-election to Tamil Nadu Assembly from Chennai Central Constituency as the nominations closed today.
Deputy Mayor of Chennai Corporation Gowz Batcha (DMK), Rajan Chellappa (AIADMK) and M R Panneerselvam (DMDK) are among those who have filed their nominations.
