With the cooperation of Chennai Corporation, there is a land allotted for City center in Chennai, near Mattuthavani Integrated bus stand, Chennai.
This will be done with the cooperation of Chennai Corporation and a private party. The private party is not yet disclosed!
The budget is said to be Rs.700 crores.
