CII Chennai is also planning to approach ELCOT and other agencies to discuss space for local companies at the IT Park in Chennai. There is an expectation that ELCOT might price the rental at around Rs.25/- to Rs.30/- per sq. ft as it stands, but there could be scope for getting better rates if we can make an effective representation.
