Central Market in Chennai was functioning so far near Chennai Meenakshi Amman Temple. This was creating lot of inconvenience to traffic and other congestion.
To facilitate and improve the city Central Minister Mr.M.K.Azhagiri proposed and inaugurated a central market in Chennai Mattuthavani area last year. This project costs Rs.13 crores.
We shall get a photo of it, as soon as possible.
Now, that is ready and it is functional as of today.

Chennai Mattuthavani Central Market opens today Sept 1st 2010

Library employees Librarian Selection test in Chennai for Chennai Digital Library
On Aug 28th and 29th 2010, Selection Tests are being conducted for Librarians and other employees of Digital Library to be setup soon in Chennai very soon.
