Chennai News : RR Industries to set-up IT SEZ in Chennai
RR Industries, which is into the business of infrastructure facilities on long-term lease to IT companies, is setting-up an IT SEZ in Chennai. According to sources, the IT Park would be part of an integrated township. The project, planned over 400-acre area in Chennai would be an integrated township around an IT park complex, is being set up at a total investment of Rs 4500 crores. The work on the project is to begin in mid-December. Earlier this month, the company had said it was foraying into Tier-1 and Tier-2 towns in Tamil Nadu.
